Tesla v. Mopar '10

Finding it ironic that in a little over a week from the IPO (Initial Public Offering) of Tesla, the "Silicon Valley maker of the high-end Roadster electric sports car," Chrysler Group "unveiled a special edition of its Challenger muscle car, dubbed Mopar '10, which will arrive in dealer showrooms next month. Available only in black, the limited production Challenger includes a choice of three accent colors: Mopar blue, red, or silver, on the exterior and interior.

Other features include a 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 engine, gloss-black wheels, a black chromed grill, functional hood scoops and vintage hood pins reminiscent of the pony car era of the 1960s and '70s."

Also of note, "(d)emand for liquid fuels such as gasoline and diesel have started to show "signs of recovery" this year, the Energy Information Administration (EIA) said Wednesday (today)."
