"The Oil Conservation Commission hearing for the Approach Resources applications to drill (APD) to "wildcat" in the water-rich, fragile ecosystem of the Rio Chama has been rescheduled for October 7th (see agenda).
According to the Santa Fe New Mexican and the SFReeper.com , the same attorney representing Approach Resources unwelcome drilling plans in the Rio Chama, also brokered the Santa Fe Opera and College of Santa Fe mineral leases in Mora and San Miguel counties, which is meeting with stiff local opposition (see related links below).
